Another Peggy Sims2 hair to Sims 3 hair for females

I guess it's a Peggy Sims 2 hair converted to The Sims 3. I'm not sure if it's a pay hair or not but whatever - This has been updated by Cazy and added at Peggy Zone so look for those versions.

It can be used for teen through elder.
